Ulu Temburong Day Tour - 2

.... continue

(Read Part 1 here)

So after we'd conquered the 1226 steps and 600M vertically, our petite guide gave us another challenge, climbed up the tower, reached the top and if, IF we're lucky... we could see the tip of Mt. Kinabalu.

(I wish I had wide lens to capture everything.... )

That is like... 40 ladders x 7 steps = another 280 steps!

Without hesitation, I was the first to climb up... followed by Liza. As mentioned in the previous post, Bobby has acrophobia and no way he could get his jelly legs up there.

He even got freaked out looking upward when we're calling and waving at him...  -_-"

If you have fear of height, I suggest you to quickly scroll down and skip the 2 photos below..

Bird eye view

(And this is only half way through the pathway)

I had my camera reached out the "cage" and snapped the photos and Liza couldn't do the same because her camera is tad bulkier. For the first time in my life I felt happy and lucky to carry a girly compact camera.

BOBBY! You look so thin when I'm up here!

And that's Ida sitting beside him. Only both of them didn't climb up.

I was a bit worried while going up because the signboard clearly says that only 2 person allowed crossing the bridge but there was already... 5 of us, plus another 3 from an Indian family up the tower.

>.<

Even if I was feeling tired, I still forced myself to move forward because I didn't want to 'jam' the whole line and die together in the tower...

*touchwood*

But surprisingly, the walk in the tower was way easier than the jungle track! So it only took us like 10 minutes to reach the top.

So near, yet so far

So hot that I could barely open my eyes to smile at the camera

All of the sudden Liza asked, "Eh Nonnie! You farted ah? So smelly one"

o_O!!!

That question got me startled and leave me speechless for 3 seconds. Couldn't say a word but keep staring at her. I answered, "Errrr.. No. I thought we're not suppose to say anything?"

Pantang waaaa...

Everybody knows that we're not suppose to mention anything about bad odour at night or during any outdoor activities.. That kinda means that we had "companion".

tsk tsk

Remember, we're so high up in the air and what could possibly smell up there?

Lois hand signaling with Superman

After a short stay of 5 minutes, I decided to leave the tower and move along whereas Liza wanted to wait for her Superman and take some pictures together I assume.

Going up was not a problem at all. But getting down was really testing my hands-eyes-and-feet coordination.

I had no idea whether I should face the ladder and slowly step down, or walked like a normal person... And up to now, I still couldn't remember how the hell I got down.. All I remembered was.. it took me longer time to get down than going up. And scarier too.

I managed to stop by to take some photos and camwhore a little.

Superman still going up

Super sweaty

Don't mind my cacat fingers, I just don't know where to put them while posing

Looking up!

Finally! Reunited with my baby boo!

Wait a minute, why did he look more tired than me and I still can smile sweetly?

While waiting for the rest to come down, I spotted something moving along the tree bark. Something small, and fast...

It was the..

It was so so so so so adorable! I couldn't really zoom in that far and that was the best I could get with my lauyah camera. Rose told us the name of the squirrel and I was like, "What? What? Pik.. mee?"

Still a bit puzzled over it until I got back home, googled it and got the correct spelling.

I heart Google, and also Wikipedia.

Even a random chat with FussyKelly talking about menu of a restaurant I need to google.

FussyKelly: Eh, this Friday's menu is forgot-what-food-name-already.
KingTheGreat: Har? Apatu? Never heard of it.. Nevermind, I google.
KingTheGreat: *paste image link found in Google*
FussyKelly: Wah lao eh.. need or not, like that also Google. Go google your mother face lah ban..
KingTheGreat: Cannot. If I really go google my mum face mean that I'm unfilial lor, own mother face also dunno..
KingTheGreat: Nevermind, I go google your mum face.
KingTheGreat: *google "Kelly's mum"*
KingTheGreat: *Paste link* Eh! I didn't know your mum is an angmoh leh! Hahahhaah!

Yes, I can be extremely lame when I'm with my idiotic friends... =D

Enough fei-hua...
continue.

Down the tower then down the steps.

Shahri was asking, "Do you know there's an easier way to get down?"
All of us: "There is? What???"
Shahri: "Roll down."

-_______-"

After don't know how many minutes later (didn't even bother to check the time liao..)

Yeah! Another thrill!

Can see its not your average suspension bridge that looks like the one Horton crossed. Its way stable and safe, imo that is.

Group photo again...

If you notice, Bobby and I swapped our carry bags because I was complaining to Bobby that its not fair that he didn't go up the tower so he should carry my heavier backpack... I know, I'm the bossy one. =p

Don't see him like ok-ok in the photos, he was actually quite scared when crossing the bridge.. especially....

when I was jumping on it to scare him!!!

Not only I'm the bossy one, I'm also the jahat.. the very mean one. I actually took a video of him crossing the bridge losing his balance while I was jumping but stupid connection is not allowing me to post it up in Youtube...

Sien.

Only 5 person allowed each time so again, we're split into two groups.

Nothing to do while waiting for the rest again...
Lookie! I have double eye lids when I open my eyes big big!
Hahahhahah

Yeah! We reached our destination!
The other end of the bridge where we climbed up.

Rose warned us not to sit on those orange chairs because they belong to another company and if we sat on it.. B$2.00.

I can buy 2 nasi katok already okay! $2 for a 10 minute seat? Ptuiii!!

Trying to be artistic

While waiting for others to get changed

I made Bobby try taking a nice photo with my camera

My shoes survived!!!

Forcing Bobby not to move a muscle until I got a clear shot of the bug.
Meanie me

Took another boat ride that only lasted for 3 minutes, and Rose told us that we're going to the waterfall... We're all, "Huh? Got waterfall there meh? I don't even see any entrance leh..."

I'm the smart one to bring extra slippers because the rest of them either got their sneakers all wet or, kaki-ayam stepping the rocks...

Free reflexology kali ah~

I'm not afraid of spiders, cockroaches, rats, lizards.... only snaked.
Let me check, yeap.. I'm still a woman. Just tad abnormal I guess?

After another 15 minutes of walking in the water...

YEAH!!! THE WATERFALL!

We're considered lucky that day because it was low tide. Thus we managed to see a "longer" waterfall and the water was quite shallow. No worries even if you don't know how to swim.

Waited for couple of minutes for everyone to take photos with the beautiful waterfall

Finally, our turn.

Group photo again.. and again

Actually there was another Indian family who we bumped earlier on during the canopy walk. His little boy's "swimming trunk" really caught my attention.

From the back I thought he was wearing a g-string.... sekali turn infront, aiks! Burung terbang!

Sorry folks, didn't manage to take an photos because our cameras and bags were too far to reach and we all just want to play with the super cold water.

Superman was the first to go underneath the waterfall and pose like he was practicing some sort of chinese kungfu... I think you can check out Liza's blog later for that. She's gonna put it up.

While everyone was soaking in the water... I was still feeling a little reluctant..

VERY COLD OKAY!

Still, I had to do it..

But silly Liza said this to us, "Eh Nonnie! I dare you and Bobby kiss under the waterfall and your love will last forever..."

-___-"

Tipu kanak-kanak...

Yet, we fell for that. We did went under the waterfall again and kissed.

Sounds romantic but.. all I can recalled was "VERY COLD AH! FAST FAST COME AND KISS ME NOW!"

Hilang ke-romantik-kan.

Next... RAFTING!!!!!!

Mind you, it was already 1 plus pm and all we had was some banana fritters and glutinous rice which long kana digested liao while walking up the 1226 steps.

We're famished by the time we reached our next destination but since we're going for rafting, we couldn't eat first incase we ended up vomiting and feeding the fishies again.

Rafting was fun. Again, no pictures because all our bags and cameras was in another boat that will be sent back to the rainforest lodge.

Split up into two teams again. Bobby, me, Alicia and a local who pandai steer the raft one team, and the rest of them plus Rose in another raft.

So, four in our raft and five in theirs.

"The last to arrive belanja!!!"

We departed first so we're infront whereas the furious5 kept "ONE! TWO! ONE! TWO!" shouting out loud and paddling neatly trying to catch up with us.

which... maybe was not a very wise choice.

because...

their raft capsized soon after they overtake us.

Both Bobby and I were petrified. According to Liza, our facial expressions were priceless because we both looked had our mouth opened and eyes starring straight at them.

I nearly feel like jumping down to rescue them ah.... No, correction. Bobby is a better swimmer.

I nearly push Bobby down so that he could rescue them ah.

Lucky Liza was the only one remained in the raft as she was the only one who can't really swim. She's definitely gonna struggle a lot in the water because she'll panicked.

Even Azman told us that he went blank and drank 5 gulps of water, thinking "This is it..."

We're all very obedient tourists and had our safety jackets worn properly. Else, you can imagine.

We (as in our raft) moved along because there was nothing we could do to help and the local who helped us steer looked at us and asked humorously,

"Kamu mau floating jua kah?"

So we continued our "journey" whereas they managed to get up a shore and went up the raft and paddled again.

Phew! Now, this is what we call ADVENTURE! Something totally unplanned and unpredictable.

Not like we go Sunway Lagoon and dashed down the slides or what.. This is all natural and super thrilling.

By the time everyone arrived the lodge, changed into dry clothes and makan.... it was already 2+ pm...

Damn hungry wei!!!

All food sapu in just 15 minutes!

The Ayam Kicap, or Kicap Ayam... whatever the order is.. damn nice man! Or maybe we're very hungry so we could barely tell if the food is nice or not. We had chicken, sweet and sour fish, stew pumpkin and rice...

Simple home-cook dishes.

All prepared by a MAN! I looked at Liza and said... "Mati lah.. I can't even cook like this, kalah to a guy liao..."

I didn't take a picture of the amount of rice and chicken I took... because, its a little embarrassing. All I can say is... like a A+ cup size boob.

Everyone relaxing

Makan, makan, makan, minum, minum, minum.... 15 minutes of standing up and wandering around, I couldn't stand it anymore..

I pulled another bench and made it longer and ......

Whereas my monkey boyfriend kept eating bananas and telling everyone, "Nice man the bananas! Had you try some?"

If can, I think he wanted to tapao back the bananas...

While on our way back in the van or the water taxi... I still managed to sleep soundly.

Really, I didn't even wake up once while the ride was bumpy and Liza said she caught me drooling....

So malu can die...

Please Liza, please don't post up the photo of me sleeping with my mouth half open and messy hair flying here and there..

Pwease?!!

Ulu Temburong Day Tour - 1

The unofficial title for this post will be:

HOW TO LOSE 3KG IN A DAY!
(and gain it all back in just 15minutes)

Sorry for the delay but I just finish editing 88 photos! Fu-Yoh! Damn kiasu right? I was thinking to put everything in just one post but I don't think that's possible.

Better not be greedy, so there.. 44 photos in this post, and another 44 coming.

Rewind.
1st March 2008. Went to Belait 3rd Annual Travel Fair and chatted with Liza, she was telling about the promos but... I'm on a mission remember?

Even KK and KL also no money go.. what more to say Australia, Hong Kong that kinda places?

But no worries, there's still a place that I had always wanted to go and it's in Brunei itself.

The tour was on promo, from usual price B$135 per pax to B$88.00! Save $47.00 leh! Text Bobby asked if he's interested, and also other kanasaiers. Bobby okay. SL couldn't justify if he's able to get a day-off that day because he has an unpredictable boss. Kelly and Theen, of course.. not interested. They rather stay in air-conditioned room than going out on a sunny day and sweat while enjoy the nature.

My service confirmation voucher

We're given a brochure with tips on what will be provided and what to bring.

Apparently, this brochure has not been updated for quite a long time..

Camera - plus lots of film...?
Should be: Camera with fully charged battery and spare memory card, right?

And the foot note really got me chuckled.

"no suitcases in the jungle please."

Must be because they ever encountered scenario like that, if not how come they highlighted it? But, who the heck will bring suitcase to a forest? Hard to bring and limited space.

Old shoes... I have!

So buruk can buang into the bin anytime. But, still wearable I think.

Fast forward to
22.03.2008

As usual, we arrived early because I have a "better get ready and go early" boyfriend and it was only 7.00am when we reached the jetty.

According to the itinerary, we're suppose to meet up at 7.15am, and the boat doesn't leave until 7.30am. So our tour cordinator (?) told us that we might as well go have breakfast than wait for another half an hour watching boats and birds.

So we did.

We looked so tourist-ish! With backpacks and tracking suits walking around Bandar area. It's really one of a kind experience for the both of us.

I love my backpack. It is what I use for work daily because its really handy. I can fit the Macbook in, along with my pencil case, another bigger stationery bag, notebook, wallet, mobile phone, water bottle, other ojipalas.

It doesn't match with my baju kurung but, I like. Who cares.

I know most teachers carried a Guess bag, with inch thick make up and sparkling heels. And I'm the odd one out most of the time. Frizzy untidy hair, backpack, flats and a pancake face with acne scars, that's me.

We had a light breakfast, teh-tarik and samosa.

Actually we weren't thinking to makan, just that my tummy alarmed me that I need to use the washroom, so.. we just hamtam choose a restaurant, ordered something cheap and off I go, pang-sai.

And walked back to the jetty at 7.30am. Everyone was there already. Bobby and I terpulang became the last to arrive and made everyone waited.

We departed with the red boat

And Liza was feeling alive and kicking with a sprained ankle. Just like me, Liza was no rules-follower. Everyone told us that with a sprained ankle, we're suppose to rest and not massage it and so on...

we crashed all the rules. =D
It was a speedy recovery for me though. But I heard Liza is walking with a cane today.

Sunny day = Any pictures taken outdoor will be damn cun

Kampong Ayer

The boat ride was bumpy and the two tough men, Azman aka Superman and Bobby my fat guy had motion sickness and stayed quiet the whole trip. Where as the girls, Liza, Ida and I were busying sharing informations... meaning, Mengumpat.

(Did I spell it correct?)

with a few "Wooooooooo" and "Waaaaaaaaa" in between when the captain/commander/ boatman/ driver (he's the only one driving the boat, I think he can gives himself any title he wants..) did a few sharp cornering. Ganas eh, like Inital-D.

Just check out the horizon to see what am I talking about

Don't play play.

Something irrelevant.
Spotted someone wearing a pirated sock.

Bought from SKH, B$1.50. Not gonna tell you whose feet does them belong to protect the person's image. Hahhahaaa. No worries, the shoes is original.

But Mr. Pirate, next time professional a bit waaa... Check spelling first.

Adiads.... HAHAHHAAHA!
Some more the 3 stripes tabalik one.

30 minutes later, we arrived...

We really did feel like we're not in Brunei for an instance. It's very different from what we normally experience. Unlike Bandar area, Bangar town is cleaner and the river is less-polluted.

L-R: Bobby, Nonnie, Liza, Azman, Ida and Shahri

If you saw any floral prints or thought that I was wearing a bright blue underwear, that's my swim suit fyi. Was wearing it inside so that I don't need to find a changing room later for swimming and also, less baggage.

Posing at the jetty

A mini-mart

At first I thought it was some Thai restaurant, turn out it's just a mini-mart selling souvenirs and all sort of stuffs. And Liza was damn sakai when she saw DST Temburong branch and shouted in astonishment, "Wah! Got DST. Meaning got network coverage then."

Our tour guide and driver later brought us to the Rainforest Lodge located at Batang Duri for morning tea and briefing.

It was surprisingly clean and homey. Not referring to the exteriors only, even their washrooms are damn clean. Way better than what I imagined actually.

Oh ya, Bobby was quite stiff because he hadn't recover from the motion sickness and Mr. Tabiman cured him with his psychic power.

Superman can cure too!

And Lois Lane on the other hand would not pass any chance on grabbing photos.

They're telling me that maybe Azman can cure my ophidiphobia. Errrrr, thanks but no thanks. Snakes on plane will never EVER(!) be my favorite movie!

Gardener and The Happener(?)

You'll be seeing me doing a lot of the tacky "peace" sign in this post. Blame it on Liza, she's doing so much of it that it kana me too. Hahhahaaa.

Popiahs, Curry puffs, banana fritters and sticky rice

Not only they're tour guides, they're also the cleaners, cooks and so on for the lodge. "Wrap mountain wrap sea" you know?

Don't know then go ask any of your Hokkien friends.

Told you she likes to do the "peace" sign

Lookie!

Yeah!!!!

The monkey-ness in me straight away climb up the ladders and tried it out after confirming it's safe from our tour guide.

After everyone finished their breakfast and I'm done with the "Look! I'm walking on a plank of wood!", Rose started to brief us the agenda of the day.

She was really patient with us.

We're asking her all sort of stupid questions like, "How many petrol stations in Temburong?", "Do we get to see wild boar later?" and Ida's million dollar question... "What kinda government job can you get in Temburong? Why don't you try working of Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sport?" yet she still layan us sincerely.

So we learned:

  • The population of Temburong is 11,000 and 5,00 of them are Ibans.
  • There's two petrol stations in Temburong.
  • There's no giraffe nor lions in the mini zoo.
  • There's 12 primary schools and only ONE secondary school in Temburong.

I think I'm having an overdose of Geography lessons lately...

And don't see her thin thin like that. She's so strong that she's the one always pushing the long boats into the shallow water with all of us inside the boat. Made me feel paiseh seeing her doing the hard job.

Someone said I like to find flaws in people or things because I spotted the Adiads socks and this.

Hey, I'm a teacher remember?

After our morning tea and briefing, off we go to the Ulu Temburong National Park with long boats!

Mr and Mrs Superman will never forget to pose

And my poor baby had to undergo another boat ride.

Don't worry, his semi-digested samosa and teh tarik remained in his tummy and he survived the trip.

Since we're on two different boats, Liza suggested that she'll shoot me, and I can shoot them. But, my lauyah camera cannot zoom that far laaaaaaaa....

Kasian.

Managed to change seat with Bobby at a stop point.
See his kasian face.

At the other 7 seater longer boat

Every time I saw those professional photographer ah, they can always bend here and there in order to get a good angle one. Like jellies.

So after 45minutes later, we arrived the National Park Center for registration and also, walked on the elevated pathways to climb the canopy walkway.

1226 steps. 600m!
*upward*

Check out Bobby's bag

So very old school kan?
Reminds me of my 101 Dalmatians bag that I used for my tuition class 15 years ago.

That guy happy, only brought a towel and some spare clothes. Where as I brought spare clothes too, a fan, tissue papers, a small tower, a bigger towel, 2 sun blocks (one for face and the other for body), 2 bottles of water (because I damn kiasu and thought no drinks will be provided).. So my backpack was damn heavy okay!

Hehehhee. Jalan Tongkat Ali

That's my index finger by the way.

Passed by this bridge because we're heading up a higher up canopy walkway first.

Damn tiring okay, 1226 steps leh! For an instance I was whining why the heck I paid $88 for this !$@# but it was all worth it la at the end of the day.

Sign board along the pathway.

We came across of signboards like the one above educating us tourists but really, who still has the breathe to stop by and read wor? All that was in my head was... "Are we there yet?"

"Why do trees have wings?"
- errr.. to prevent leakage? Just kidding.

This woman was the first to reach!

Some more she has an injured ankle! You kidding me? We all kalah to a woman who's suppose to be limping? Her tips was rest every 30 steps she climbed.

So finally after don't know how long.. we completed the 1226 steps and reached our destination. I asked Bobby to take a photo of me and my "achievements" and this is what he took...

Cannot harap him to take good picture one.

And this,

was taken by Liza..
Note the difference?

See... ANOTHER PEACE SIGN!!!

(Taken before we climbed up another don't-know-how-many hundred steps up the tower)

to be continue...

Holiday = Hold my day

Yippee! Holiday starting soon!
Wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.

Not so fast young girl.

Let's see...

I have

1. 6 flipcharts to finish before school reopens.
2. ....

Okay, I should stop counting what work I have during the holidays because I don't want the whole world to know what am I up to...

But, its definitely not my typical sleep-till-I-drop holiday this time, and its okay.. Make me feel damn productive and useful rather than waking up and not knowing what to do for the rest of my day.

(And I know some of you out there want to throw some rotten eggs and veggies at me hearing me saying that whereas most of you still got to work 6 days a week, 8 to 5)

My table is still in a total mess and... I like the way it is.
You can send your maid if you like but I'm not going to pay.
Hehheheheheee.

This is a super random post because I don't know what else to blog about.

Wait.. I do have some pictures to post up.
Its my lab. Wanted to share my classroom ideas but I'm not sure if its a good thing...

If I only I can start the whole blogging all over again, I'm definitely going to remain anonymous and rant freely without worrying who's reading it... even if I only have 10 page views daily. Dissing people that I dislike, complain about life and blog more personal stuffs..

"Voted Best Personal Blog"

... and how often I'm blogging my personal stuffs in it?
My posts are all so... so.... general nowadays!
General, as in DULL.

I don't blog much about my boyfriend because he said what I mentioned made him felt malu.

I don't blog much about my friends because they're experiencing inconvenience at times being pointed out in the public, same goes to the pity boyfriend. (WHY?? WHY NOT ME? WHY DO I NEVER GET RECOGNIZED IN PUBLIC??? I'M THE ONE WHO'S BLOGGING FOR GOD'S SAKE!)

I don't blog much about the latest news, latest movies, latest shows because....I don't even care. All I know is, I have to save...save...and $AVE MONEY!

And now.. everytime I took some very interesting pictures.. I don't even know if I can post it up here or not without kana marah by people.

Sien or not you say?

Anyway, my Mission King-Possible so far so good.
Manage to spend within my limits and I'm going to blog my "results" in the next entry, to show off and feel encouraged.

Bah. Bye bye.

(Wah seh.. Long time I have not blog like this.. No topic, just blab out whatever ojiapala in my head. Nevermind lah.. as if got people care)

Eff-You-Ann ?

Went up to BSB last Friday with Lois Liz to run some errands, and man... I hate finding parking in the Bandar area! Plenty of parking idiots stopping their cars by the road side leaving a freaking small space for me to struggle through with my Corrie.

Not only that, dozens of eyes starring at us right after we left the elevator and walked to our destinations. I was thinking, "Don't they work? What are they doing "hanging out" the street sitting on the floor and watching every passerbys?"

And the stupid thing was, both of us behaved so sua-ku (sakai) when the elevator doors opened at the other end. Didn't know it was a two-way entrance/exit lift what. I mean, what are the chance of us going to that place?

Anyway, we encountered something really funny!
Erm... in a bad way though. Scarily funny.

Pressed the button "4", waited for a minute. The door opened, I walked out, followed by Liza. And right after I stepped out, I heard a scream from behind and looked back. Then I saw Liza laughing along with other makciks because she nearly had a free-face-and-body-sliming program, that is.... had herself nearly squeezed by the elevator door.

Just when the door fully closed and moving up, I saw this on the stick on it.

HAHHAHAHHAHAH!!!

Damn hilarious lah orang Brunei.
Straight forward with tad sense of humour.

(Referring to the handwritten replies)

USAI TIA.
USAI LAH.. MACAM INDA FAHAM.
MALAR TA APIT SAKIT BAH.

And yes, the door really closes fast!
Like... only 5 seconds?

On our way down, it was my turn.
Nearly kana "kiap" by the door too... The very same door.

Those who works in that building, I salute you!
I bet you guys can slot in the lift in just 1 second.

And out of boredom and curiosity, we went to Yayasan for the now-the-very-hot-and-in donuts.

Yeap, The Eff - You - Ann Donuts.

Either we're lucky because the queue wasn't that long.. we only waited for 10 minutes, or... we're unlucky because there wasn't much of a choice for us to choose.

Empty. Empty. Empty. Empty. Empty. Empty. Empty. Empty. Empty. Empty. Empty. Empty. Empty. Empty. Empty. Empty. Empty. Empty.

o_O
waaaa-daaa-efffff

I don't get it lor.
I saw..1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6.. I think 7 staffs there and they still couldn't cope up with the market's demand? Can someone explain to me why is it so?

There's two guys busy preparing the donuts at the stove/ oven area (I don't know) and the rest of the ladies were either....

- folding boxes (excuse me miss... donuts pun nadai, need boxes for what leh?)
- standing and looking at the crowd but couldn't do anything about it...
- looking "you-ask-me-i-ask-who" hinting customers, "Wei... Not my fault that the donuts are out of stock okay. Cannot blame me what.."

Liza bought 6 for her Superboys and Supergirl, whereas Bobby and I just got whatever they have over there. Malas to wait.

The trays were empty, and the girls over there didn't even wanna layan us much when it's our turn, thinking we still had to wait since the donuts were not ready yet. The fact was, we just want to get whatever available and not wait for the fresh-from-oven one, yet.. we waited another 5 minutes just to get their attentions.

The whole process of us buying only took us 2 minutes.
This one, this one, and this one. Only 3.

So,

we had the green tea one - which taste like vanilla with nothing green-tea-ish in it
the white colour don't-know-what-name which had damn lot of creams inside and also.. very sweet.
Lastly, the Ohreo~ which is the best out of the three with crunch oreos on top.

Erm... I have no idea what's the big fuss out of it and if you asked me to queue one hour for those donuts? No can do. *roll eyes*

Bobby still prefer the donuts from Bakerlyn and I think any roti john and burgers from the stalls along the road taste better (shredded cucumbers + carrots + mayonnaise. Yummm~) and CHEAPER!

I think all the donuts are the same, just dipped into different gravies and sprinkle different toppings on top. Hmm.. You think I can make it or not har? When I free I try lah.

Lastly, we stopped by Bodyshop.... because the boyfriend wanted to get some eye cream for his puffy dark eye bags.

While having lunch, Liza was telling us that Clinique is really good and so on and Bobby said the darnedest thing...

"Ermm... You mean, go clinic and take the cream from there,
or.. the brand is from clinic?"

HAHAHHAHA! Tell any guys about cosmetics and facial care product is equal to men telling women whatever turbo/ sport rims/ car audio/ football players..

Demonstrating how to softly tap the cream around the eyes
And the boyfriend learning it carefully.

The girlfriend just enjoyed and took pictures.

p/s: Bobby is not a metrosexual man. He's still very man, for me... even though I'm still the one doing the manly job such as getting rid of spiders for him.
