I know you all must be curious what is it about… it says something like,
“If you have problem collecting debts, our company can help you collect on behalf. And if you have financial problems, we can help you arrange too.”
Well, it’s kind of obvious already kan…

They wrote in Mandarin and therefore our officers cannot read.
maybe they are a registered debt collecting company? not illegal leh..
hahas. It's everywhere.. It's really hard to differentiate licensed ones and illegal ones..

hahas. When I was in Malaysia I see it on almost every lampost, sometimes there's even 2 or 3 different ads on the same lampost.
Singapore's mainly are flyers, namecards and sometimes even SMS. Maybe it's because I work in a licensed moneylending company, so I'm quite sensitive about it.. :p
