Day 96 – A place you went today

It’s 9 in the morning now and I have not been to anywhere. So I’ll just post where I went last night.

Went to a suppose-to-be-casual engagement dinner but it felt so Chinese wedding reception-ish, just no champagne pyramids and YAM-SENG only. But the newly weds both look stunning and gorgeous.

Congrats once again Lester and Joyce, wishing you two an abundance of love and happiness.

Day 93 – The view from your bedroom window

Boh dui.. expose tia the location of my house!

View from my bedroom window – my car (full of lizard’s poops on the roof everyday/night because of where the fluorescent light is located) and the building right opposite of my house equipped with children’s laughter most of the time.

Seriously, my house has one of the best geographical location in Seria!

100 Days Project: Day 92 – Something wierd in your house

This lotus bowl with colorful plastic angel fishes, marbles and flowers fresh from the garden lying on the table of the living room.

Every time when I have guests in the house, they would stared at it and asked me,

1. Are those fishes real? (No! Do they look real to you swimming with eyes up like that?)

2. Fengshui thing ka? (No! Nothing to do with fengshui. It’s purely my mom’s hard-to-understand artwork made from random thing she found in the house)

3. Can touch? (HELL NO! Else you’ll damaged the qi that’s being accumulated above the bowl! Okay, just kidding. Of course can touch lah, the fishes won’t bite)

My boyfriend says the darndest thing..

Before I forget and head to bed, let me blog about this small little story that happened today.

While driving in the car, Bobby (my boyfriend, if you still have not noticed/knew) sang to me..

“Early in the morning, I put dinner at your table”

“Dinner? What dinner? Breakfast lah!”

“Cos it’s from last night one…”

善良的媽媽

今晚當媽媽進門口的時候告訴我說她的車子被撞了，我盡然很不孝的皺起眉頭， 拉長了臉，無明火一直標高的問說， 怎麼會這樣？

媽媽新買的二手車就這樣，被一個不負責任的馬來少女撞了。雖然沒傷及車的"五臟六腑＂，但＂皮外傷" 也滿明顯的。 我問媽媽說， 為甚麼沒立即打電話給我，她說當她把手機拿出來的時候， 那少女就落荒而逃了。 車牌呢？ 不知道。 甚麼款式， 不懂。 只知道是紅色的。

我好氣好氣！ 氣那少女怎麼能就這樣逃離現場。 也氣媽媽怎麼沒能把車牌記下，討回公道。 現在可好啦。。 自己出錢。

媽媽笑笑說。。 沒關係啦。就當是破財消災， 好事會接著來， 沒事的。 我還氣說怎麼可以那麼大方。 但媽媽照常看她的電視，臉上也沒有不開心的樣子。我想。。 如果角色對調， 車子被撞的是我，媽媽也不會指責，那為甚麼我就不能寬容點，不把它放心上呢？

起碼。。我該為我媽的寬大的心胸感到驕傲啊。 

別小看我媽auntie auntie醬， 她的EQ還真不是蓋的。
我媽超屌！

100 Days Project: Day 82 – The most embarrssing thing in your closet

This tailor-made gown which doesn’t fit me anymore. And.. not liking it anymore.

Made it in year 2008 for Theen’s wedding and don’t think I want to wear it again. But, I just don’t know if I should sell it during garage sale or just keep it for memories… Sigh.
